We were absolutely thrilled with the entire move. The team took excellent care of our belongings and packed everything meticulously. While unpacking in our new house, the team's experience was truly evident, as they effortlessly carried all items, no matter how bulky, up and down even the narrowest flights of stairs. Since our lamps hadn't arrived yet due to unforeseen circumstances, someone went straight to the hardware store and bought and installed temporary sockets for us. Besides their outstanding work, the entire team was incredibly friendly, and it was a pleasure spending the day with them. We spent the whole day together, as we had requested an early start at 6:30 a.m., which was no problem at all. The move itself was completed quite quickly, and we also had a few additional requests for handyman services, which they also fulfilled. So, all in all, we give them our highest rating and our strongest recommendation. Thanks again for all your support with the move! Aside from the excellent work, the entire team was incredibly friendly, and it was a pleasure to spend the day with them. Edit: After two years, we moved again, and once again we used a train. We are simply thrilled once more.

The ZugUmZug team arrived a little late, but finished earlier than planned. Everything went wonderfully, except for one small drawback: their subcontractor, the organizer of the no-parking zone, hadn't properly informed them that it hadn't been approved by the city. This was, however, fully charged. With a bit of ingenuity and luck, we managed to secure the unloading area. The price-performance ratio was good. Very nice, relaxed guys who didn't complain even under difficult conditions (5th floor, no elevator).

Hiring ZugumZug was the best decision! They were very professional, the staff were always available to answer questions and provide good solutions, and the movers on moving day were also great and friendly. Everything went like clockwork. Plus, the price was unbeatable and there were no hidden costs (I had also obtained two other quotes). I'd definitely use them again for my next move! 😀

On moving day, they started right on time, and the challenge of the very narrow stairwell, the many cabinets that had to be disassembled, and the sometimes very heavy boxes of books (even if you know better, you always somehow overfill them) didn't dampen our spirits. Unloading went just as smoothly. Everything was perfectly reassembled, and the boxes were in the right place. We would gladly use Zug-Umzug again anytime!
